Visualization of Machine and Facility for SME: Product name: Calsos
Technology: Detecting something change that is from the data which has been collected through sensor, system makes an alert to particular person by various selectable way <voice (voice message by text to speech) mail>.
Benefit: This is to deliver the notification about the status change with higher priority. It might be affecting to take a suitable and effective action as a first response.
Visualization of Machine, Facility and Resources (operator, equipment): Product name: Manufacturing DB
Technology: Analyzing machine operation and human work in time series. Users can change setting by themselves according to constant changes of circumstances and events at production sites.
Benefit: Automatic detection of machine irregularity and giving an instruction makes problem handling time shorter. Problem analysis is possible by analysis human work result with machine operation status in time series.
AI visual Inspection: Product name: RAPID
Technology: Machine learning engine “RAPID” can separate most of good products and few fault products. Then, the fault products are sent to human inspector
Benefit: It is very effective to reduce human workload when there are huge amount of things to be inspected. Also, it prevents from fluctuation of human judgement and helps inspection process to be more effective and stable.
Smart Face Authentication: Product name: KAOATO
Technology: Detect faces from images captured by cameras, images files. NEC ranked No.1 in accuracy in both ideal and difficult environmental conditions for face recognition.
Benefit: Prevention of bad behavior of an employee (for security purpose). Find VIP (for hospitality purpose). Easy enter and exit by walkthrough without having IC card and prevention of impersonation
